Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by LOR Bathrooms Spain trading as LOR Bathrooms.

1. Services
   We provide plumbing, bathroom installation, wellness space installation, property maintenance, and related services across Spain.

2. Quotations & Acceptance
   All quotations are valid for a limited time unless stated otherwise.
   By accepting a quotation, making payment, or allowing works to begin, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Payments
   All invoices must be paid in full as agreed.
   Late payments may result in suspension of works and additional charges.

4. Scope of Works
   Only works clearly stated in writing are included.
   Any additional work, materials, or labour will be quoted separately.

5. Property Access
   The client must provide safe and clear access to the property.
   Delays or failed access may result in additional charges.

6. Materials
   Client-supplied materials are not covered under warranty.
   All supplied materials remain the property of LOR Bathrooms until paid in full.

7. Liability
   We carry out all work with professional care and skill.
   We are not responsible for pre-existing defects, hidden issues, or failures in existing systems.

8. Repairs & Additional Work
   All repairs, materials, and additional labour are quoted separately unless agreed in writing.

9. Property Care Plans
   Property care and maintenance plans are subject to separate service terms.

10. Cancellations
    Late cancellations or changes may result in labour and scheduling charges.

11. Legal Jurisdiction
    These Terms are governed by Spanish law.

12. Full Terms
    Full Master Terms & Conditions of Service are available upon request and may be provided with quotations or contracts.
